All of our products are Born in Britain from our global headquarters located just outside of Southampton in Hampshire in the UK. All our products are researched, developed and designed by the ASP team located in the UK and Europe in partnership with our outstanding chemists located in Italy. Production of our colour and technical products is predominantly in Italy with some products purchased in other parts of Europe.
Is ASP a family brand?
ASP is a trademark of International Hair Cosmetics Ltd. The business was founded in 1996 and is still owned by Eric Bailey and his family who instil a family run culture into the business and are passionate about serving the salon community.
Are ASP products tested on animals? Are they cruelty Free?
ASP is 100% cruelty free, we do not conduct or commission animal testing on ingredients, formulations or finished products. We never have done and never will.
Are ASP products vegan?
All ASP products are Vegan Friendly. More information on our environmental credentials and ‘Defend Nature Always’ approach can be found here.
What is the expected shelf life or ASP products?
The shelf life varies from product to product, each pack contains a symbol which provides shelf life information. In many cases can be up to 18 months.
Do ASP products contain parabens, gluten, sulphates, etc?
Parabens & sulphates have been all but removed from ASP formulations and all of our products are gluten free, more information is available here.

What payment types are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted, in addition to PayPal payments.
Is VAT applied to purchases?
All orders shipped from ASPhair.com will be subject to VAT in the UK. VAT is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual VAT will detailed on your order confirmation and packing slip.
Do you ship internationally?
ASPhair.com only ships to the United Kingdom. If you live outside the UK and are interested in purchasing ASP products we advise you contact our network of international distributors which can be found here.
Where can I purchase ASP products?
You can only order online directly from our site if you are based in the UK.
For consumers / clients: you can register to purchase retail products at our recommended retail price. This includes our System Blonde, MODE, Kitoko, Care & Style and Vitaplex haircare products. You can also use the Salon Finder tool to find salons in your local area.
For salon professionals: if you are a salon owner or mobile hairdresser you can find your local distributor here, or alternatively register here for a trade account direct with ASP. Please allow up to 24 hours Monday to Friday for your account to be verified.
For wholesale / distributors: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our sales team will discuss any opportunities that may be available within your region or country.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on products unless they are deemed as faulty. Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. For more information on returning faulty products please visit our shipping policy here.
