On this 2 year programme, you will be mentored by British Hairdressing icon Tracey Devine-Smith & our team of UK Ambassadors. Watch your creativity & skills grow as you collaborate on a stunning new editorial collection on set in London, & showcase your talents at hair shows & events across the globe.

• Hold a valid UK passport and be-able to travel abroad for shows and events
• Entrants, must be at least 18 at the time of application
• Be available to attend the interview on Sunday 27th March at our UK Academy (Romsey, near Southampton)
• Be available to attend Boot Camp at ASP HQ Romsey – 25th – 28th April 2022
• Be available to attend all training on the following dates and be available to attend all scheduled shows and events, up to 3 days per month. (Not Fridays or Saturdays)
• The art team member must be available for the initial boot camp scheduled for the following dates 25th – 28th April inclusive
• The salon must be able to commit to the stylist being away from the salon for up to 3 days a month. The salon must also be committed to providing the art team member with full pay on the days they are art ambassadors for the full 2-year contract, provided this is a working day. (Art team will mainly be used Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
Successful applicants will be invited to an interview on the 27th March 2022 at the ASP Academy in Romsey, near Southampton. On the day, you will be expected to present in front of a group of other applicants and the judges. You will be asked to present your mood board and model representing your chosen look.
