Let Lew is the joint proprietor of the premier salon LET LEW HAIR DESIGN based in Evesham, Worcestershire, he’s an internationally recognised session stylist whose career spans the UK, Europe, Asia and beyond.

Before establishing himself in the UK, Let spent 17 years immersed in session styling across Southeast Asia. Beginning his career in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he quickly built a reputation for his distinctive creativity and technical expertise. His editorial work has featured in leading publications including Marie Claire Malaysia, Harper’s Bazaar, Nu You, Oxygen Singapore, FHM Malaysia and Female Malaysia. Let’s international session career has since taken him to Fashion Weeks in London, Paris and Prague, alongside high-profile editorial shoots and creative campaigns. In 2017, his exceptional talent earned him a place among the First-Generation Colour Rebels, a collective of innovative colourists recognised for pushing creative boundaries. As an esteemed ASP Global Ambassador, Let plays an important role in shaping the brand’s creative direction. His signature style and technical finesse are regularly showcased through ASP photographic campaigns, hair shows, seminars and events around the world. With more than 24 years’ industry experience, Paul Thomas Farr is a master cutting craftsman, international educator and Global Ambassador for ASP Expert Haircare, recognised for his technical precision, creativity and infectious passion for the craft. Beginning his career with Toni & Guy in 2001, Paul has built a career that has taken him far beyond the salon floor.

From photographic work and international education to presenting on stages around the world, he has shared his skills and creativity with professional audiences across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. His stage experience includes major industry events such as Salon International, Barber Connect, Top Hair Germany and Professional Beauty Dubai. His work has also been featured in leading industry publications including Creative HEAD and Hairdressers Journal, reinforcing his reputation as a respected name within professional hairdressing.
While Paul is an accomplished all-round hairdresser, cutting is at the heart of his craft. His strength lies in understanding the structure, shape and technique behind a great haircut and translating this into education that hairdressers can take straight back to the salon. From strong technical foundations to creative, contemporary cutting, Paul has a natural ability to break down even advanced techniques and make them clear, relevant, and achievable. As an ASP Global Ambassador, Paul has educated and inspired hairdressers internationally. Whether working with an intimate group or presenting to a large audience, his energetic, hands-on approach creates an environment where hairdressers feel involved, motivated and ready to push their skills further. Alongside his global work with ASP, Paul is Education Director at the Headucation Academy, where he continues to share his expertise and develop hairdressers at every stage of their careers. Sheree Gough is a multi-award-winning hairstylist, bridal specialist and international educator with 33 years of experience in the hair industry. After 20 successful years as a salon owner, Sheree has entered an exciting new chapter as a freelance artist, focusing on bridal hair, education and inspiring the next generation of hair professionals.

Recognised as West Midlands Wedding Hairstylist of the Year an impressive 6 times, Sheree’s accolades also include 2025 Hairstylist of the Year, an Education Excellence Award, and numerous awards for her bridal artistry. In 2026, she was named a finalist for both Entrepreneur of the Year and Social Media Icon, recognising not only her creative talent but her influence and contribution to the wider industry. Known for her calm, organised approach and ability to make even the most intricate techniques feel achievable, Sheree has become a respected and sought-after educator. Her teaching is built around simplicity, encouragement and giving stylists the confidence to believe in their own ability. As an ASP Global Ambassador, Sheree shares her artistry and education across the UK and internationally, representing a brand she has passionately worked with for many years. A huge advocate for empowerment and self-belief, Sheree’s mission is simple: to inspire others to dream bigger, step outside their comfort zone and realise just how far their talent can take them.

With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Terri Nadin is salon owner of Indigo & co hair collective, Global Ambassador for ASP Expert Haircare, colour specialist and international educator.

Terri’s journey with ASP began as part of the Second-Generation Colour Rebels Artistic Team and has grown into an international career representing the brand across the UK and Europe. Now a Global Ambassador and established international educator, Terri represents ASP delivering education to both the UK and international audiences. Her career has seen her take to stages including HairCon and the Fellowship for British Hairdressing, alongside ASP international events and education across Europe. Terri combines a natural, engaging presence with strong technical expertise and creative vision, connecting effortlessly with audiences and translating her knowledge into inspiring, relevant education. As a passionate and highly experienced educator, Terri is committed to giving back to the industry. She is the founder of the Future Creators Project, an initiative created to bring inspirational, industry-led education directly into colleges, giving emerging hairdressers greater access to current techniques, industry insight and opportunities beyond the classroom. A Fellowship Educator of the Year finalist and mentor for the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s Project Wales, Terri is passionate about creating opportunities, building confidence and helping the next generation of hairdressers recognise their own creative potential. Combining technical expertise, education, commercial experience and creativity, Terri continues to inspire hairdressers across the globe.

JON AHERNE

Jon Aherne, co-owner of Head Space salon and an ASP Global Ambassador. Jon is a hairdresser, educator and creative artist with a passion for precision cutting, creative colour and pushing the boundaries of hairdressing. Jon is dedicated to creating personalised, fashion-forward hair while championing the importance of technical skill and education within the industry.

With a career built around creativity and education, Jon has worked internationally, sharing his knowledge through shows, seminars, photoshoots and hands-on education. Including masterclasses in Marbella, MainStage and Fellowship stage shows at HairCon and becoming a mentor for Fellowship Project Wales. His approach combines precision, individuality and a strong understanding of shape, texture and colour, allowing him to create hair that is both technically and visually striking. Jon has a passion for precision cutting, from timeless classic shapes to contemporary, disconnected and editorial silhouettes. His creative colour work complements his cutting philosophy, using colour strategically to enhance shape, movement and personality. As an educator, Jon’s mission is to inspire hairdressers to develop their confidence, refine their technique and understand the principles behind great hair. His courses cover everything from foundational cutting and advanced techniques to creative colour and the relationship between cutting and colouring.

MORGAN WORKMAN

Based in Glasgow, Morgan is the founder of HBM Studio – a bold, creative salon and academy space recognised for modern, confidence-led hair. Known for her exceptional colour work, signature styling and flawless finishes, she has built a reputation for creating high-impact looks that resonate both behind the chair and across social media.

Her career has taken her onto national and international stages, from live artistic performances in Marbella to creative projects in New York, alongside editorial work that reflects her forward-thinking approach to hairdressing.

A graduate of the ASP Colour Rebels Artistic Team (2024–2026), Morgan’s progression to ASP Scottish Regional Ambassador reflects the creative talent, passion and commitment that define the Colour Rebels journey. From her Glasgow academy, she now delivers inspiring education across Scotland, supporting stylists and salon partners while helping grow the next generation of ASP professionals.
